Multi Skills Programme

Accenture identified a level of attrition which was too high amongst its analysts, particularly in their second and third year. They wanted to ensure that they retained the most talented individuals. MaST worked with Accenture to create a multi-skills programme called ‘Human Connection’ to increase retention. As a result of this Accenture has found that people are enabled to work more effectively and feel valued. This has led to a higher retention of talent meaning that Accenture has a greater choice of the most able, high calibre analysts.
