Performance Management
E.ON was in the process of a transformation to a performance culture. E.ON had created its competency framework and needed to partner with an organisation that was expert in performance management in order to bring it alive for the business. As the power industry has a significant trade union presence there was a particular need to keep all stakeholders on board throughout the process.
MaST supported the process with a mixture of train the trainer and direct training of managers. It has enabled the organisation to bring in reward for performance and the trade unions have endorsed the MaST approach. Managers are now able to take responsibility for the performance and under-performance of their staff with greater confidence and clarity.
