Management and Communication

The EBRD requires a partner who can be sensitive to complex cross-cultural issues as they employ a total of forty-seven different nationalities. MaST has a proven record of this cultural expertise over the 15 years we have been working together.

MaST delivers a suite of management and communication skills courses, which have been developed in close partnership with the learning and development team. We have set a high standard for delivery, which requires cultural sensitivity and an appreciation of language nuances. The programmes must continuously evolve as the Bank’s role and strategy develop. The programmes benefit from experienced and culturally diverse consultants and the use of actors in simulations to allow participants to have a memorable, real and enjoyable opportunity to practice and receive individual feedback across any cultural boundaries.

MaST has played a large part in developing a positive organisational attitude towards learning and development creating a coaching culture from a traditionally hierarchical approach and enabling the EBRD to meet greater business challenges both today and in the future.
