Customer Service
Lewisham NHS Trust responded to cross health service patient and internal surveys by calling in MaST to build a customer service culture and generate stronger cross Trust team working.
Combining our NHS experience, customer service expertise and our Theatre unit’s memorable and close to real life simulations, we gave both clinicians and other staff members a range of perspectives on customer service. Staff are now better able to build their skills to meet their targets and better serve their internal and external customers.
