MaST Business Forums in 2011

We have recently published our 2011 Business Forum schedule and look forward to meeting new and familiar faces throughout the year.
The topics that we will cover this year are those that seem to remain high on your agendas such as Leadership, Values, Change, Performance Management and Influencing. The Forums will provide an opportunity for you to network with MaST and peers in similar roles and organisations, as well as discussing the topics and the challenges that you face. We hope that you will leave the Forums with some ideas to work with.
The Forums are open to leaders and managers from all parts of the business with a common aim of maximising the performance of their people. We would also like to open up the Forums to colleagues in the business who may be working on projects relevant to the topics covered.
