MaST’s Business Forums 2012

We are pleased to publish our 2012 Business Forum schedule, and look forward to meeting new and familiar faces next year.

Through our conversations with you, we have chosen themes that remain high on your agendas such as Leadership, Performance, Values and Change.

As always, the Forums will provide an opportunity for you to; network with MaST and peers in similar roles and organisations; share ideas with other leaders in Learning and Development, HR and OD; and discuss the challenges that you face. We are sure that you will leave the Forums with some useful and practical ideas to work with.

The Forums are open to leaders and managers from all parts of your business with a common aim of maximising the performance of your people. We have also opened them up to colleagues in your business who may be working on projects relevant to the topics covered.
