Terms and Conditions of Booking
Payment
Full payment for the course must be received 15 working days before the start date of the course. MaST International reserves the right to cancel the course booking if payment is not received by the date outlined above. All fees are correct at time of printing. However, we reserve the right to amend fees, where appropriate.
Cancellation
If you cancel your place on a course, giving MaST International more than 20 working days notice, you will receive a full refund minus £65 plus VAT (£76.37). A refund will not be given if you cancel or transfer your place on a course within 20 working days of the start date. A replacement delegate may attend in place of the original delegate without incurring additional charges.
No refund will be given for non-attendance of the course.
Transfers
After a confirmed booking has been made, MaST International allows one transfer per delegate to the same course on another date, provided that there is space available and that notice is received at least 20 working days prior to the start date of the original course.
A transfer fee of £65 plus VAT (£76.37) will be made. No refund will be made in the event of a transfer. No more than one transfer will be allowed.
Please note
Registration time for most courses is 9am. The training is likely to finish at 5pm. Morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea are included in the course fee. Comprehensive course handouts are included in the fee. If you have any special dietary needs or other requirements, please notify our Training Administrator in advance of your course so that we can make any necessary arrangements.
We keep our delegate numbers small so that you receive individual attention and support throughout your training course. This also allows you to interact with, and get to know your fellow participants. For this reason we prefer no more than 2 people from one company to attend the same Open Course at any one time.
We reserve the right to change the course content and/or consultant in line with market demands, where appropriate.
