With the right approach

We provide the best level of relationship management for each client. This might just be regular contact with the consultant who runs most of your courses. However, for large projects we would typically create a 'Client Management Team'. The team will vary, but may include the following roles: relationship manager, project manager, lead consultants, quality manager and client services co-ordinator.
