Our approach is based upon understanding both the strategic aims of the business and the real needs of its people and teams, in order to
deliver practical solutions that directly contribute to the growth of the company.
Initially we work with you, the organisation and the individual to be coached to identify the issues to be addressed. We will discuss the ideal
outcomes; formulate a development plan and select a coach from our experienced team of professional coaches. The selection will be based on best
fit with the individual and the culture of the organisation.
How we work within an organisational context
MaSTerCoach™ tackles all 3 of these areas within the organisational environment, culture and context.
MaST Organisational Context Model™
To cover the issues identified, each individual will have a series of 1:1 sessions over a period of time with their personal coach, with phone
/ e-mail support where required.
The coach may also employ diagnostic tools such as 360° feedback or personality profiling in order to provide feedback to the individual. They may
also make use of stakeholder interviews to get feedback from key people with whom the individual interacts.
The coach will aim to cover the three key areas we believe affect individual performance:
Personal motivation
What drives the individual?
Personal style, confidence levels and motivation are key to improving performance
Personal values
What is important to the individual?
Personal values influence the way individuals think and behave in all sorts of situations. An understanding of values is vital in order to effect
behavioural change
Personal competencies
What does the individual need to be good at in order to perform effectively?
These are the benchmarks against which individuals are measured within their organisations and cover everything from leadership skills to
technical competencies
