John Richards
John has been a full time Executive coach for the last 4 years after a successful career in the financial services sector.
He was trained as a coach by Coach U and Newcastle university and is also a master NLP practitioner.
Career background
John has had a number of years experience in the Financial services sector with roles in direct sales, stock broking as well
as being the Director of a consultancy specialising in executive and employee benefits.

Organisations with whom Helen has worked include;
- John coached a team of sales professionals who needed to develop to a higher level of performance. He helped them to become aware
of the areas they needed to work on and as a result they ended up in the top 20% of sales performers in the company
- John worked with the Director of an employee benefits consultancy who was unable to communicate effectively with his staff and customers.
Coaching helped him to realise why he had problems and what he needed to change about his approach. His communication skills improved substantially.
