Career Background:
Aubrey has over 10 years experience as a training professional
in both the private and public sector ranging from the
leisure and tourism industry to the housing industry.
He was part of the CIPD award winning Learning and
Development team at the Millennium Dome and led the
team during the development and implementation of redeployment
programme for 1,700 staff.
He also had a successful career as the Sales and Marketing
Manager for the Daily Mail Group.
Aubrey has worked for 3 years as a Learning and Development
Trainer for the Notting Hill Housing Group managing
their In-house programmes.
Aubrey has worked at global, national and local levels
for companies such as Virgin Holidays, Capital Regional
Property Management, Greenwich Borough, Thamesmead Town
Housing Services and First Choice Holidays.
At MaST Aubrey has worked with companies in the private
and public sector ranging from a number of investment
and retail banks, charities, hospitals and environmental
trust.
