The Client Services Team are a professional team of 7 and are the first point of contact for all MaST clients and Consultants.
The team logistically provide the day to day management of all Consultants and assist the Relationship Managers in building effective client relationships through a client focused approach across all industry sectors.
The team will also provide administrative support for all your training interventions and have experience of working within ad-hoc and large projects. They will help to produce the required bespoke materials for each individual client including drawing and/or design branding for your courses and marketing materials.
