We encourage our consultants to undertake professional development, so that their knowledge and skills are continually up to date and of the highest standard. As a result, our consultants have a range of industry respected qualifications, including CIPD, MCIPD, FCIPD, APM Accreditation, European Mentoring and Coaching Council membership, Diploma in Training and Development, Psychology degrees, NLP Practitioner and MBA. They are also skilled in a variety of psychometric tools such as MBTI, SDI, KAI and Persona.
