David has a long track record of helping Leaders in organisations to create step changes in individual, team and organisational performance by helping them to unlock their and their people’s potential.

For the last 17 years he has been CEO of his own Coaching and Consulting company operating all over the world with clients across a broad range of industries.

He brings considerable experience at Director level to his coaching work for MasterCoach.

Career Background

10 years at Proctor & Gamble in a range of manufacturing, logistics and information systems positions. Led a variety of pan-European projects aimed at radical performance improvement.

Joined Coopers & Lybrand as a managing consultant where he worked across Europe and led a wide range of assignments within the retail, distribution and IT sectors.

Was Director of Business Systems for part of GKN - responsible for information strategy and operations across the UK and Europe.

David uses a variety of approaches to help people get crystal clear what results they want to achieve, uncover what is really in the way or missing that is not always in their normal awareness but is nonetheless preventing them from achieving these results, and then helping them to design the actions which they and others need to take to produce these results with ease and grace.

Recent examples

Worked with the Executive team of a major insurance company to create an aligned view of where they are going to take the business and a plan to get there . This is supported by individual coaching for each of the team members to ensure that they got there.

Working with the Directors and top Leaders of a Global petroleum company to help them create a new level of alignment and performance within the business by developing the skills and capability of the leadership team.

Long term project working with the senior executives of a leading pharmaceutical retailer in many of the business units and within head office. This has included addressing strategic business issues, designing and delivering a variety of bespoke training and development events and providing team and 1:1 coaching for the directors and senior executives.
