Elaine is passionate about using accelerated learning methods and practical ideas in her training. Her aim is to encourage people to apply ideas to enhance their personal skills and effectiveness in the workplace
Career background
Elaine’s background in HR has given her wide experience of all types of interviewing techniques. Within MaST she focuses on selection, performance management and assertiveness as well as a range of communication programmes.
She is responsible for the recruitment of all full and part time consultants for MaST.
Her skills include developing bespoke solutions for clients on broad HR topics and communication. Elaine is particularly interested in helping clients with the selection of staff.

- Working closely with HR business partners to deliver an accredited
interviewing programme for a major high street Bank in the UK and Singapore.
- Developing a range of competency questions for a property firm and training people in how to use them
- Designing and delivering a programme based on the disciplinary and absence policies of a major high street bank. This involved developing a knowledge test on the procedures and using case studies and role plays to assist learning.
- Creating and delivering a senior management programme for a property developer with the aim of helping them to model positive behaviours within the business.
- Designing an assessment centre to help an insurance company with their succession planning.
- Creating a graduate induction programme using accelerated learning techniques to help an Investment Bank retain talent.
