Helen Hill

Helen has spent over 15 years in a combination of line management and consulting roles.

Helen began her career in sales and marketing in a top 10 pharmaceutical company. She rapidly moved into managing a Learning and Development team, designing and implementing the strategic management development programme. Helen was then targeted to set up and integrate the Learning & Development function of the UK affiliate of a major Japanese pharmaceutical company and subsequently to manage the project to upgrade the learning and development function in other European affiliates.

At MaST Helen has worked with a wide range of job levels within a diverse set of business sectors focusing on the development of management and leadership skills, influencing, political savvy, project management, creative thinking and a range of interpersonal programmes such as assertiveness, speed reading and effective teams.

Helen also is a Relationship Manager for two of our key blue chip company clients.

Helen’s work experience is supported by her qualifications of a degree in Psychology, a Diploma in Training and Development and most recently an MBA. Helen is also an accredited Insights Licensed Practitioner.
