Juliette Ash
Juliette graduated from Edinburgh University with an Honours Degree in Molecular Biology. She was selected to complete an internship and graduate training scheme with Procter and Gamble in Business Development. She has also been a member of HM Forces since 1998, specialising in leadership and communications training.
Career background
Whilst at Procter and Gamble, she received first class sales, influencing and persuading, presentation, negotiation and business development training. She is acutely aware of the importance of focused, results based training and its need to relate to the bottom line.
She then successfully became a freelance trainer working for a number of companies and gaining a wide range of experience in both public and private sectors. She now works as an associate with MaST whilst also running her own training company focusing on facilitation skills and experiential learning.
Her skills include training those who are new to responsibility and influencing and persuading others. She has also focused on interpersonal relations, both at a team and company level. She has developed several bespoke courses aimed at resolving conflict and helping working teams release their potential.

- Designed and delivered core team training for the top UK patent firm

- Lead trainer for a series of 6-month communication training courses in the public sector.
- Designed a one day assessment centre and then selected and provided initial training package for 40 independent freelance facilitators on behalf of a training organisation.
- Delivered a competency framework to a company of 300 allowing them to successfully understand their skills gaps and organisational requirements
