Jennifer has managed a learning and development function within a blue chip company, and has designed and delivered robust learning solutions across international organisations.

Jennifer has worked for over 5 years as a learning and development professional. Prior to this, she was a professional actress and dancer. Due to her theatrical experience, Jennifer has extensive knowledge in presentational and interpersonal skills.

Most recently she has coached, designed and delivered senior management programmes within the public and private sectors.
