Jonathan Chalstrey
Jonathan’s passion is to help leaders, managers and teams to change their
behaviours so that they can achieve greater success in whichever field they are
active. He specialises in management, leadership and teambuilding, including
influencing, coaching and negotiating.
Jonathan is an experienced trainer, a facilitator and a designer of training and
development programmes with a strong background in business development.
Training
Jonathan employs a variety of training techniques:
- Increasing knowledge by presenting the latest management ideas, concepts and theories
- Using creative indoor and outdoor activities, role plays and simulations to develop key skills
- He trains groups face–to–face and coaches one to one
Facilitation
Jonathan has skills and experience in:
- Facilitating review of training activities for lessons learned
- Facilitating group discussion of management and teamworking issues
- Coaching individuals to implement personal action plans back at work as the vehicles for behaviour change
Design
Jonathan approaches training design by:
- Analysing training needs
- Identifying behaviours to be changed
- Identifying what knowledge and skills will support behaviour change
- Choosing activities and exercises which will be vehicles for skills development
- Agreeing measures of behaviour change
