Jo Keith

Jo joined MaST bringing her experience as a Training Consultant and Coach working within IT, Professional Services and local government. Jo's particular area of focus is in building and delivering programmes which support the development of Interpersonal Skills and Relationship Management through accelerated learning.
Jo's expertise is utilised within MaST to continue to develop and deliver a range of programmes around Assertiveness and Influencing, addressing the specific needs of diverse groups from new graduates through to middle and senior management.

Career Background:

Immediately prior to joining MaST Jo worked independently supporting private and public sector organisations' needs for career management and professional advancement through initiatives such as Training, Coaching and Mentoring programmes.

Previously, Jo gained nine years experience in business with a background in Sales and Marketing before moving into HR Project roles which quickly accelerated into a career providing learning and development support for diverse groups of people.

Jo's approach has always been to encourage individuals to be increasingly self aware and work with them in delivering results personally and professionally.

Examples of recent projects Jo has been involved with include:

• Designed and delivered workshops to enhance interpersonal and relationship management skills for Employee Representatives at Avery Dennison
• Design of Graduate Development Programme for Hewlett Packard, including self development led Induction programmes
• Facilitating European Sales Development Workshops working with Hewlett Packard and their partner organisations such as Computacenter
• Providing Career Management and Outplacement coaching (up to senior level) for clients within IT, Professional Services and Financial Services sectors
• Co-designed and delivered Team Building programme for Walsall MBC
