Jeremy Webster
Jeremy has 28 years business experience, and before joining MaST
International 6 years ago, spent 12 years developing his own business.
This enabled him to have valuable insights into what motivates people
and, what is required to get teams to work together towards high
performance.
Jeremy spent five years studying and applying principles around people
behaviour and is an expert in objective/goal setting.
Since joining MaST in 1996, Jeremy has focused his energies in designing
and facilitating the following workshops:
- Finding effective ways for business teams to work
- Business strategy planning
- Team building using either outdoor/indoor activities
- Building leadership capability within senior teams.
Jeremy has spent the last three years researching, designing and
developing a leading, managing and team working offering - MaST
LeadershipSolutions. His responsibility is the continued development and
marketing of these programmes, thereby helping our clients maintain a
leading edge within very competitive environments.
He has worked on most continents around the world and some examples of
