With over 20 years commercial experience behind her, including the valuable experience of setting up and developing her own successful Limited Company, Lindy is able to quickly identify and understand the needs of her clients and work closely with them to resolve issues and to reach solutions.
Lindy ensures that the learning solutions created with you are appropriate to your culture and and that they address your participant’s learning styles. This is achieved by using a variety of learning techniques such as accelerated learning, experiential learning, one–to–one coaching, as well as her energy and enthusiasm for her specialist areas.
Career background
With a background in HR, Learning and Development Lindy’s particular areas of expertise are around the behaviours of individuals and groups, employment law, management development and leadership.
Lindy has worked at global, national and local levels across a variety of sectors: from travel and leisure to finance, from retail to engineering.
