Malcolm Evans
Malcolm joined MaST in 1994 and is now a Senior Consultant specialising in Leadership and Organisation Development. He has a background in
Learning and Development and has been responsible for introducing major culture change programmes and organisational changes. Malcolm has
considerable experience of Assessment, Development Centre and other Organisation Development processes. He is also skilled in strategic
management and team management facilitation. He tutors advanced communication skills and a wide range of management skills.
Career background
He was the Training & Development Manager for the British Aerospace Regional Aircraft Business in Manchester for six years, during a period
of rapid culture change. He achieved Regional Training awards in 1993 and 1994. Before joining British Aerospace, he had ten years experience
with Wiggins Teape (Paper Manufacturers & Merchants). He was responsible for the human resource implications of a major acquisition and had
extensive employee development experience during this period.
Other qualifications and experience
Malcolm has completed an MSc in Organisation & Personal Development at Salford University and is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of
Personnel & Development.
He has an NVQ 5 in Management from Henley Management College and is a qualified TDLB Assessor. He is also qualified as a Team Management System
practitioner (TMS - Margerison McCann) and Relationship Awareness Theory (SDI). He has a first degree in History from Peterhouse Cambridge MA (Cantab).
