Mathieu Glasman
After graduating from Bristol University with a BSc Mathieu went on to gain an MSc at the London School of Economics.
Mathieu spent three years with a leading business research consultancy where he was responsible for the design and management of a variety of business related research projects in the UK, Europe and North America.
Since joining MaST in 1988 Mathieu has focused on both consulting and training.
In his consultancy work he has focused on competency identification, development needs analysis and organisational needs analysis. He has been responsible for developing a wide range of organisational diagnostics, training needs analysis and 360 degree feedback instruments.
As a Trainer he delivers programs in number of areas. His main interest and area of expertise is in the field of Influencing Skills.
Mathieu is MBTI accredited.
