Sherrie Charlton
Sherrie is a coach who works with a wide range of individuals in organisations across a variety of sectors including financial services, investment banking, pharmaceuticals, education, manufacturing and professional services.
In 1996, she set up her own business focusing on coaching and development. Sherrie is committed to personal development and believes in continuously developing herself. In addition to developing her coaching capability and studying for a masters in personal and organisational development she is also a tutor in Creativity Innovation and Change for the MBA programme at the OU.
Career background
Sherrie’s early career was in the Pharmaceutical industry with Glaxo where she worked for 17 years in a range of roles including sales, customer service and clinical research before expanding her interest in individual and organisational development and moving into Training and Coaching roles. In the last 11 years, Sherrie has specialised in offering coaching and training across a wide range of sectors.
