International coverage and local languages
We are used to balancing the twin demands of global consistency and local needs, including language. Over the past twelve months we have run courses in: Spanish, Italian, French, German, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Mandarin, Thai and Setswana. Sometimes these are translated versions of a global roll out, other times it is bespoke content and language. We do this in one of many ways: some clients request named consultants to fly over and run their courses; in other cases we have long standing associates in Europe and North America. Where local languages are requested we use our alliance Melanie Hollinshead Ltd.
