As part of our commitment to using the most innovative learning methods, MaST are introducing the Munch & Learn experience to our portfolio. Munch & Learn is a fresh and practical solution for some of your key learning and development requirements. The Munch & Learn concept is all about making the individual feel relaxed and ready to learn. It accelerates learning by using the best active learning methods for the content being covered and is based around times of the day when people would eat - hence Munch.
Munch & Learn are short sharp focussed 120 minute sessions which complement our longer, more traditional learning methods. They are also powerful sessions if implemented on their own.
With a maximum of 20 participants per session, your investment could be as little as £35 per person for individuals to learn a new skill.
We have a number of options on our menu for you to taste. Here is a flavour:

Your Investment
Rather than choosing just one session a day from our A la Carte menu, why not select several sessions on that day. For example, a typical Presentation Skills day could look like:
Session 1: 10.00am Quickly and confidently structure a great presentation
With morning coffee and refreshments.
Session 2: 12.30pm Keeping on track when presenting
With light lunch time refreshments.
Session 3: 3.00pm Presenting with Impact and drama
Afternoon tea and refreshments.
Prices (ex.VAT)
- 1 session per day £1000
- 2nd session per day £700
- 3rd session per day £400
Please note that to take advantage of these excellent rates, the second and third sessions need to be taken on the same date/ venue as the first session.
