We use a combination of management development methods and techniques that we have found very effective:
Accelerated Learning
Uses visuals, sound, movement, space, case studies and stories.
Action Learning Sets
Encourages problem solving as a group or individual with live problems or dilemmas.
Experiential Learning
Relates theoretical input to the learners' real world by reflecting on an event, drawing conclusions and action planning, based on Kolb's learning cycle.
Working with the learners' own issues rather than academic case studies enables them to formulate solutions to real issues and means that they can implement their new skills immediately.
To maximise the long-term impact back in the workplace, we encourage continual learning interventions such as action learning sets, coaching, surveys and follow up sessions.
It's all about embedding learning through engaging and pragmatic sessions that incorporate real life situations.
