London Olympia - 12-14 April 2005
We really enjoyed meeting so many people, both old friends and new at HRD this year, besides discussing their development needs,
our visitors took time to engage in some of the activities...
Over 80 people completed our Return on Investment survey. We will be contacting the winner of our prize draw for a free night at
the Regency Hotel, London by Friday 22 April.
The giant snafooz kept many people busy for some time, some longer than others! Our winners over the three days completed it in 58 seconds,
52 seconds and 25 seconds, and will be joining the MaST open course of their choice, free-of-charge, as their prize. Although we doubt they
will need either our Priority Management or Project Management courses.
Not surprising, given our focus, most visitors were interested in management development with both our MaSTer Manager modular solution and
our new approach to Virtual Teams being frequently discussed. We were pleased that our topic taster session on Virtual Teams attracted over
50 attendees. Should you want to know more about this, please contact
Mark Mercer at MaST.
Other areas of keen interest were: Coaching skills for managers, Diversity/Respect in the workplace and our Executive Coaching team.
This year saw us share our stand with PPI, our learning technology partner and we look forward to working on some very interesting projects
in this area.
Our stand and people at HRD were constantly busy, we hope that this level of engagement reflects that our areas of expertise and our approach
are of genuine interest to the learning and development community and gives substance to our mission of 'Working in your Reality'.
If you would like to know more about any of the areas that we looked at during HRD, please contact
James Sena.
