Fast, flexible change - strategies for self and others
Thursday 6 April 2006
2.15pm – 2.45pm
Helen Hill
Join us in this interactive session which will explore the imperative for rapid change; how to be fast and flexible and pragmatic; how to adapt to changing roles and fast moving, diverse teams.
The session is free to attend but places are only available on a first-come first-served basis on the day.
As usual, there will also be plenty of time to share ideas and network with fellow professionals.
Return On Investment
During the three days at HRD, we are conducting our second survey on Return On Investment and would like to talk to you about the impact this has on you and your business.
For your time, we will put your name in a prize draw.

Learning & Development forums
- Are you a HR or Training professional?
- Would you like to network with other professionals and discuss business issues that you are facing?
MaST International has successfully run Learning & Development Forums in the Thames Valley for the past 5 years, in the City for the past 2 years and more recently the North West since 2005.
The forums are an excellent opportunity to network with other HR and training professionals, as well as to find out more about how MaST can help you to achieve your business results through Learning & Development.
We see these as your forums and therefore we run sessions that you are interested in. With MaST facilitating the sessions, we encourage you to discuss and debate the topics, allowing us all to build some strategies and solutions together.
Past forums have included topics around:
- Political Savvy – A Critical Management Competence
- Leadership Development
- Recruitment and Retention
