Is learning a reflex – like breathing, that we are all born able to do? Is it developed through time?
Most people leave their learning switched to ‘automatic’. Are your people losing out?
MaST and Dr Peter Honey will together look at how to improve the learning process based on findings from our Learning Health Check Survey – launched at this years HRD.

- How to deliberately improve the learning process
- The highlighted strengths and weaknesses from the learning health check survey
- Implications for making learning interventions even more effective
