Wednesday 2nd May 2007
Park Royal Hotel, South Warrington
We know that the commercial world is in constant turmoil; relationships are increasingly complex; there is increasing need for innovation and differentiation to remain competitive; and the pressure on margins forces constant cost control. At the same time there is increasing need for simplicity, consistency and coherence. And the pressures in the Public Sector are every bit as compelling.
As leaders and managers we can neither run nor hide. A key part of our roles is to respond rapidly to continuous, fast change.
Summary of forum
During this forum, we will discuss strategies for fast change in our organisations by identifying and overcoming the key blocks that prevent change happening quickly. Can we identify a method of introducing change that works with the flow of the organisation and minimises unhelpful resistance?
By helping you to overcome these core blocks, we will equip you with ideas for MaSTering rapid change. We will also enable you to develop strategies for sustaining personal resourcefulness throughout on-going change.
Thank you to everyone who attended this forum and took part in the debates and discussions.
What our delegates said:
