What is MaST’s role?
As a leading consultancy in pioneering innovative solutions, we provide the opportunity for business leaders who are responsible for managing and developing their people the opportunity to network with each other. We arrange the venue, administration and correspondence for this to happen, free of charge.
From your feedback on what topics you would like to discuss at future Forums, MaST will facilitate the sessions, which encourages you to discuss and debate the topics. By the end of the sessions, we hope to have built some strategies and solutions together which you can take back to the workplace.
These Forums are also an opportunity for attendees to get to know MaST, our areas of expertise and our approach, in a no–pressure environment. You also get to meet many of our Consultants.
Who can attend?
The Forums are open to leaders and managers from all parts of the business with a common aim of maximising the performance of their people.
What topics does MaST talk about?
We respond to current business concerns within the market, and feedback from our clients to ensure the topics are the ones you want to discuss. Whilst MaST facilitates the sessions, we encourage you to discuss and debate the topics, allowing us all to build practical strategies and solutions together.

How often are the Forums held?
The Forums for 2009 are scheduled to take place at least every 2 months either in Central London or the Thames Valley, with two others scheduled for the North West.
How long are the Forums?
Central London and Thames Valley Forums are based in the mornings from 8.30am – 11.30am. The North West Forums start at 9.30am and finish at 12.30pm. Participants are invited to arrive earlier than the start of the Forum to network with each other over tea and coffee.

Are the Forums really free?
All of our Forums are free of charge, and include refreshments before and during the morning session. There are no obligations.
However to enable you to get the best value from your investment of time, we recommend a consultation after the forum to reinforce the insights you have gained.
We also ask that if, once you have confirmed your attendance at a particular
Forum, you then find that you are unable to make it, that you contact us as soon as possible.
