Getfeedback have created the infrastructure, using technology, to enable questionnaires and surveys to be developed, distributed and reports created for anyone with access to email. They have collaborated with MaST to create for our clients e-Training Needs Surveys and e-360 Reports. The 360 reports have been used for Senior Manager's leadership qualities (and then supported by coaching) and also for managers skills with regards to specific competencies.
