Leadership Development
Aimed at more experienced managers (usually middle and up) looking to develop skills to mobilise their people towards a better future and face their toughest challenges. The programme enables people to make the transition from manager to leader.
Performance Leadership
Covers the generic points of performance management e.g. appraisals and reviews but often is focused on the clients process and how to use it effectively. The short sessions are about one particular aspect e.g. goal/objective setting.
Selection Interviewing
How to interview effectively, using systematic questioning and where applicable, a competency framework. Understanding employment and diversity legislation. Compliance for financial services can also be included.
Leading Positive Change
This will enable you and your teams to rethink how you acknowledge, accept, adjust and anticipate change.
We will start by establishing a positive climate for change and creating people readiness. We will then create a robust communication plan and practice engaging and developing others so that they adjust to the change.
Strategic Thinking and Implementation
Aimed at equipping managers / leaders with techniques for developing strategic priorities in the context of their market, including the needs of external and internal clients.
The topic creates the link between corporate strategy, departmental strategy and business plans that align actions with strategic priorities. This course can also be adapted for intact teams or boards so that the outcome of the strategic thinking is an actionable business plan.
Coaching and Developing Others
Enhance your skill at identifying individual development needs and coaching others to develop and find their own solutions.
Effective Team Working
Extraordinary teams focus on creating an environment that will enhance their work and bring out the best in each person. To achieve this, teams need to set expectations for and review task clarity (what), task process (how) and finally people engagement (who).
Team Coaching for Intact Teams
We will work directly with an existing team to raise awareness of what is happening and build on individual, team and organisational strengths.
This is an extremely tailored solution to meet the needs of the team. Our team coaches are vastly experienced and will adapt their approach and level of challenge.
