MaST Business Forum - Inspiring Trust and Leading Others - Do we know which behaviours inspire others most?

Wednesday, 7 March, 2018

Novotel Tower Bridge, London

In its 2016 global CEO survey PwC reported that 55% of CEOs think that a lack of trust is a threat to their organisation’s growth.  But most have done little to increase trust, mainly because they are unsure where to start.

At MaST, we have been working with senior managers at a global utility group and an international electronics company to help them inspire trust and lead others.  At this event we will share what we have learned with these clients, for example:

  • Why demonstrating trustworthy behaviour is right at the heart of inspiring trust in others
  • Which specific leadership behaviours and attitudes, followers say are essential to inspire them to follow

We will also invite you to participate in a light quiz to find how much you know about what is important in motivating different age groups in the workplace.

This event is designed for leadership development specialists and anyone interested in changing managers’ behaviours and improving organisation culture.  You will meet people with similar challenges, experience lively discussion and take home some practical techniques.

Registration from 8.30am          Forum session 9.00am - 11.30am
